Supervise assigned clinical staff and direct patient care; support providers per nursing protocols; ensure compliance with state Nurse Practice Act; provide patient-centered care, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, apply evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and utilize informatics. Maintain certifications and required licenses.

Provide direct nursing care and patient education as part of the clinic team. Perform general nursing duties, maintain patient confidentiality, work with culturally diverse populations, and comply with the New Mexico Nurse Practice Act. Use basic computers/EMR, support providers, and participate in ongoing CEU maintenance.

Source, assess, and onboard medical, dental, and behavioral health providers. Manage recruitment campaigns, interviews, references, hiring contracts, licensure and credentialing support, job postings, reporting, and represent the clinic at events and job fairs.
