Serve as first contact for uninsured or underinsured patients, determine eligibility for federal, state, and local financial assistance programs, assist the billing department with related tasks, verify documentation, and coordinate referrals and recordkeeping to support patient access to services.

Provide adult mental health case management: develop, evaluate, and coordinate treatment and recovery plans; allocate resources; maintain confidentiality; work as part of a team; and perform outreach/field visits (including unconventional hours and use of a personal vehicle).

Develops, delivers, monitors, evaluates, and documents training programs for clinical staff. Ensures compliance with state and funder rules, coaches trainers, manages logistics, and updates training materials in collaboration with departments.
