Coordinates and monitors an Intensive Outpatient Program and Medication-Assisted Treatment patient management team in partnership with clinical leadership. Ensures service and equipment utilization compliance, supports staff collaboration, maintains confidentiality, and connects clients with community resources and agency services. The role requires knowledge of healthcare service delivery, funding requirements, and the needs of poverty-level populations, along with supervisory experience and strong organizational and communication skills.

Provides human resources support across employment, compensation and benefits administration, employee communications, records management, reporting, and employee assistance. Advises employees on HR-related questions and issues while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, organization, and compliance with employment laws. The role also requires knowledge of benefits programs, including FMLA, ADA, and leave of absence policies.
