Maintains safety, loss prevention, cash handling, inventory processing, and productivity standards. Coaches and schedules operations staff, supports hiring and development, serves as key holder and Leader on Duty, drives sales and service performance, and manages payroll and operating resources.

Designs, develops, configures, tests, debugs, documents, and supports moderate-to-complex business applications. Translates business requirements into technical solutions, integrations, and detailed specifications; leads testing and implementation plans; troubleshoots production systems; collaborates with business users, vendors, and technical teams; provides guidance to less experienced staff; supports documentation, training, PCI compliance, and 24x7 on-call operations.
