Translate customer and market needs into technically feasible products, lead lifecycle management from concept through end-of-life, prioritize backlogs, assess architecture and feasibility, manage technical risks and dependencies, and align engineering, business, partners, and customers. Provide technical leadership, training, demonstrations, release support, and cross-functional guidance with significant autonomy.

Provides strategic and practical legal support across international commercial and business matters. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises on distribution arrangements, manages contract templates and playbooks, assesses legal and regulatory risks, supports compliance and governance, handles disputes and claims, trains stakeholders, and partners on cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Provides strategic legal support across intellectual property, IT, technology transactions, commercial contracts, privacy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Drafts and negotiates international agreements, manages IP protection and disputes, advises stakeholders on legal risks, supports compliance and governance, monitors regulatory developments, and delivers internal training. The role requires strong commercial judgment, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management in an international environment.
