Create and maintain daily/weekly production schedules, track material flow, update ERP/MRP records, coordinate with engineering/supply/quality to resolve delays, report on schedule adherence and throughput, and support AS9100/FAA compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop, verify, and optimize CNC programs (3-,4-,5-axis and lathes) using Mastercam and VeriCut. Create setup sheets, tool logs, and runbooks; prove out programs on machines; collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality to meet AS9100D and customer standards; support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.

Set up and operate 5-axis CNC mills for high-precision aerospace/defense parts. Read and follow CNC set-up sheets and blueprints, maintain tolerances to 0.0001", monitor quality per AS9100, lift up to 40 lbs, and support continuous production.
