As a Strategist at Kyra, you will develop platform-native marketing strategies, collaborate with multiple teams, and analyze data to optimize campaigns for enterprise accounts in the beauty sector.

Execute day-to-day paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok: build, launch, monitor, and optimize ads; manage budgets and pacing; produce cleaned performance reports and client-ready decks; maintain tracking, naming conventions, and QA.

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple influencer campaigns: manage timelines, budgets, creators, and client relationships. Build CPV-based pricing, negotiate creator fees, ensure content/compliance, track performance (CPV, reach, engagement), optimize campaigns using Kyra's platform and analytics, and use AI to improve workflows and reporting.
