Lead design, start-up, and GMP readiness of QC laboratories for a new monoclonal antibody drug substance facility. Oversee analytical and microbiological method implementation, equipment and systems qualification, electronic record compliance, contamination control, KPI tracking, investigations/CAPA, staffing, and regulatory inspection support.
