Analyzes business processes, budgets, costs, trends, and financial risks for a public-sector client contract. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; improves financial processes, internal controls, and reporting; supports invoice payment; and assists with internal and external audits. Requires strong analytical, communication, and advisory skills, fluency in Dutch and English, Excel knowledge, and willingness to work outside normal hours during month-end close.

Designs and supports enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and analytics solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365 data. Develops DAX, Power Query, SQL, data models, visualizations, workflows, governance, security, and performance improvements. Provides production support, resolves data and refresh issues, translates business requirements into scalable reporting solutions, collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams, and mentors colleagues.

Provides day-to-day support for CRM and marketing automation platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and SugarCRM. Troubleshoots user issues, data integrations, configurations, and system defects; trains end users; validates fixes; supports email quality assurance; creates documentation; and collaborates with technical and business teams to improve platform usability and support processes.
