Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues across servers, networks, cloud, endpoints, and systems. Design and integrate hybrid cloud and on-premises solutions, automate workflows, assess risks, and document architectures and procedures. Coordinate with architects, project managers, technicians, customers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable infrastructure projects. Required expertise includes enterprise IT applications, AWS-based cloud technologies, systems administration or architecture, and Windows and Linux operating systems.

Build customer-facing human-AI prototypes from opportunity briefs through testing and handoff. Create service blueprints, agent interactions, coded interfaces, connected-device experiences, and physical or immersive prototypes. Integrate APIs, data, models, and tools to demonstrate credible behavior, conduct research and co-design sessions, present work to customers, identify reusable patterns, and package evidence for delivery teams. Own assigned workstreams, prototype quality, technical exploration, customer sessions, and smaller engagement relationships.

Develop and execute manual and automated tests for cloud-based enterprise applications, including UI, CLI, API, integration, system, regression, scalability, performance, and acceptance testing. Define test strategies and plans, create automation frameworks and scripts, track defects, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering teams. The role also promotes quality practices, leads quality discussions, and mentors QA engineers.
