Coordinate customers, technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders while ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Projects may involve cloud, networks, servers, data centers, cybersecurity, virtualization, disaster recovery, and infrastructure transformation.

Manage complex IT infrastructure projects from initiation through closure, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, implementation, migration, production deployment, and operational transition. Coordinate technical teams, customers, vendors, and senior stakeholders while managing scope, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, quality, and costs. Lead infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, data center, cybersecurity, and business continuity initiatives, ensuring documentation, knowledge transfer, governance compliance, and successful project outcomes.

Consult with customers to identify capability gaps and business objectives, recommend learning strategies, and guide blended learning programs from scoping through delivery. Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts, evaluate learning metrics and feedback, and recommend improvements. The role also facilitates customer discussions and stays current on learning tools, methodologies, and delivery trends.
