Leads country-level HR strategy and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Oversees workforce planning, organizational design, employee and labor relations, HR governance, compliance, talent management, engagement, change initiatives, and global HR program deployment. Uses workforce analytics to guide decisions, mitigate people-related risks, and improve organizational effectiveness. Where applicable, leads and develops local HR teams across the country.

Administer and enhance ServiceNow ITAM, manage asset data governance, and lead implementation of asset lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance and mentoring junior staff.

Define target-state Power BI architecture and governance, design tenant-to-tenant migration approach, create factory runbooks and validation gates, coordinate identity/service-principal dependencies, troubleshoot refresh and permission failures, and deliver operational reporting and exception frameworks to ensure migration success and ongoing reporting continuity.
