Provide onsite deskside IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, OS and applications (including executive support). Perform system imaging, deployments, and remote support; collaborate with internal teams and partners; meet SLAs/XLAs; identify opportunities for workplace modernization and automation to improve user experience and reduce costs.

Lead design and delivery of test strategies, plans, and automation across multiple projects in banking/FOREX. Oversee QA teams, implement test frameworks, manage resources, improve test coverage, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable software solutions, including RTGS and SWIFT-related systems.

Design and oversee enterprise test architectures and frameworks for on-prem and cloud systems in the banking/FOREX domain. Define test strategies, drive automation for functional/performance/regression testing, ensure security and RTGS integration testing, mentor QA teams, collaborate across SDLC, and select appropriate tools to maintain traceability, reporting, and operational monitoring.
