The Director, Trial Master File will lead TMF platform implementation, oversee compliance, standardize processes, and ensure inspection readiness across clinical operations.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for study start-up activities in clinical programs, ensuring compliant site activation and timely execution of trial initiatives.

Lead Kymera's business development strategy by sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing collaborations and licensing deals. Manage transactions end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional diligence, prepare partnering materials and financial analyses (NPV, forecasts, comparables), negotiate agreements, and represent the company at industry events to build strategic partnerships.
