Collaborate with concierges, service technicians, and product specialists to ensure ownership satisfaction. Maintain brand and product expertise, use digital tools and social media, and work evenings/weekends to meet client needs.

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance for Express Maintenance. Learn on-the-job with paid manufacturer training and mentorship. Provide safe, efficient service and support shop operations.
