Manage dealership sales department: plan and control sales volume, desk deals, oversee advertising, evaluate purchases, manage stock and non-retail disposals, merchandise, hire, train, and motivate sales staff while working closely with CRM and reporting to the GM.

Manage dealership finance and insurance processes, sell F&I products, work with customers to secure vehicle financing, use dealership computer systems, and meet sales/performance goals. Requires strong math, sales experience, and passing a background check.
