Leads the company’s Legal and Government Relations functions, advising executives on legal, regulatory, commercial, technology, compliance, governance, and public policy matters. Develops government and public affairs strategy, manages stakeholder relationships, supports products, partnerships, M&A, and cross-border arrangements, oversees disputes and external counsel, and builds high-performing Legal and GR teams. The role requires strong knowledge of Ukrainian regulatory processes, corporate and commercial law, technology agreements, and government engagement.

Lead discovery, design and delivery of Big Data and AI products for internal Kyivstar teams. Engage stakeholders, define vision, prioritize roadmaps, manage PoCs/MVPs to production, coordinate data and engineering teams, run pilots and measure business impact to ensure solutions create measurable value.

Develop and customize the B2B CRM platform on Creatio, implementing business logic with C# and TypeScript, and integrate with external systems.
