The role requires site travel, flexible hours, construction-site work, PPE use, physical labor, OSHA 30-hour testing, First Aid/CPR, and a pre-employment physical examination.

Manage on-site industrial/petrochemical projects and crews, enforce safety and quality, track production and hours with HCSS HeavyJob, coordinate materials and subcontractors, prepare reports and drawings, hire and recommend promotions/terminations, and travel between job sites as required.
