Manage on-site industrial/petrochemical projects and crews, enforce safety and quality, track production and hours with HCSS HeavyJob, coordinate materials and subcontractors, prepare reports and drawings, hire and recommend promotions/terminations, and travel between job sites as required.

Provide on-site quality assurance and field leadership for civil, industrial, petrochemical, and concrete projects. Inspect work, enforce safety and quality standards, train crews, review plans and documentation, manage daily reports and corrective actions, coordinate with project stakeholders, and support crew execution and productivity.

Maintain and improve core infrastructure including Windows Server, virtualization, storage, identity (Entra ID/AD), endpoint management (Intune), backups, and disaster recovery. Lead infrastructure projects, troubleshoot escalations, collaborate with vendors, document systems, automate tasks (PowerShell), and support cybersecurity best practices to ensure secure, stable, and scalable operations.

Assist senior project managers with estimating and project management tasks for civil construction projects. Duties include quantity take-offs, project setup, clerical support, contacting suppliers/subcontractors, scheduling and managing subcontractors, soliciting bids, pricing bid documents, requesting reports from field staff, and traveling to job sites. Must follow safety protocols, work flexible hours, and meet physical demands of construction sites.
