The role also leads by example, mentors team members, manages escalated customer concerns, and operates the store in the Store Manager’s absence.

Leads store sales and operations while building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing tailored product solutions. Manages inventory, replenishment, stock counts, shrinkage prevention, cash transactions, and standard operating procedures. Handles escalated customer concerns, supports the Store Manager, makes operational decisions, and mentors team members. Requires strong customer service, sales, retail technology, visual merchandising, presentation, and adaptability to varied shifts.

Assists customers with jewelry selection, product information, queries, and sales targets. Supports store operations including deliveries, online orders, packaging, replenishment, inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation. Follows SOPs and theft-prevention procedures, handles cash and customer concerns, mentors team members, and works collaboratively across varied shifts and cluster locations.
