Oversees failure analysis, corrective actions, SOP improvements, Lean initiatives, technical projects, data reporting, safety, and cross-functional coordination. Requires leadership in high-speed manufacturing and familiarity with printing technologies.

Drives new business development and strategic market growth for plastics across North America. Identifies and pursues target accounts, manages sales pipelines, leads opportunities from prospecting through production launch, and develops relationships with technical and executive stakeholders. Collaborates cross-functionally on customer concepts, validation, quoting, and commercialization. Maintains Salesforce records, forecasts revenue, coordinates project execution, and supports continuous improvement. The role requires approximately 35%–50% travel.

Analyze manufacturing costs, product profitability, standard versus actual cost variances, inventory valuation, budgets, and financial reporting. Support month-end close, audits, cost modeling, reconciliations, and continuous improvement across production, engineering, supply chain, and finance. Use SAP FI, CO, COPA, BW Reporting, and Excel while applying GAAP and IFRS standards.

Oversees benefits administration and biweekly payroll for multi-state U.S. and Canadian employees. Manages benefits programs, compliance, vendor relationships, billing reconciliation, employee inquiries, payroll records, tax requirements, reporting, timekeeping, and HRIS data accuracy. Partners with leadership, brokers, providers, managers, and employees while maintaining confidentiality and updating policies and procedures.

Supports converting and finishing operations by developing and validating machines, implementing equipment startups, training operators, and managing preventive maintenance across Lexington and offsite warehouses. Performs electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, emergency repairs, safety checks, and tension-control calibration. Establishes equipment vendors, collaborates with Germany headquarters, and travels approximately 35% to domestic and international locations. Requires expertise in PLCs, AC drives, winding, slitting, and finishing equipment controls.
