Design and optimize core trading systems (execution, market making, pricing), prototype quantitative models and strategies, build low‑latency scalable systems, analyze market microstructure and production data, lead technical direction of the trading stack, and collaborate across protocol, backend, and infra teams to improve execution and system performance.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps deployments for a high-availability, containerized exchange stack. Prototype deployment patterns, run performance/load tests, drive observability and security, develop tooling, and participate in on-call production support.

As a Quantitative Researcher, you will design trading strategies, analyze exchange data, collaborate with traders, and refine execution quality to enhance liquidity and trading activity.
