Owns the full-cycle recruitment process for software engineering and technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, stakeholder management, employer branding, and talent pipeline development. The role partners with hiring managers, plans hiring forecasts, evaluates candidates through resumes and assessments, creates job descriptions and interview questions, and represents People Operations at events. The position is initially on-site during probation before transitioning to hybrid work.

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent client projects from kickoff through go-live. Serve as the primary enterprise client contact, manage expectations, identify risks, communicate difficult decisions, and coordinate Product, Design, QA, and Implementation teams to maintain delivery momentum in a fast-paced SaaS fintech environment.

Own end-to-end investment reporting implementations, from discovery and requirements definition through automated delivery. Manage senior client stakeholders, validate datasets, write complex SQL, troubleshoot RESTful API integrations, contribute to scalable solution design, review junior team members’ work, and resolve project escalations. Improve processes through templates and automation while coaching colleagues and delivering high-quality SaaS solutions for financial services clients.
