Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering and tech roles: source across channels, run screening and technical assessments, manage interviews and stakeholders, build talent pipelines, and lead employer branding and hiring forecasts.

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS client projects as primary client contact. Manage expectations, identify and mitigate risks, coordinate Product/Design/QA/Implementation, and drive projects from kickoff to go-live in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for reporting products, analyse data with SQL, work with structured formats (JSON, XML, CSV, XLSX), support reporting production cycles, implement configuration updates, and collaborate with client-facing and technical teams across APAC and US shifts.
