Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering and tech roles: source across channels, run screening and technical assessments, manage interviews and stakeholders, build talent pipelines, and lead employer branding and hiring forecasts.

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS client projects as primary client contact. Manage expectations, identify and mitigate risks, coordinate Product/Design/QA/Implementation, and drive projects from kickoff to go-live in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
