Supports sales teams and customers through expert knowledge of assigned vacuum product lines and applications. Provides technical assistance, collaborates on quality, product development, marketing content, and ERP data, and trains sales representatives. Works cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, and Manufacturing while identifying new applications and market opportunities.

The Regional Account Manager develops and grows a Western Canada sales territory through strategic customer engagement, consultative selling, new-business development, account management, forecasting, and market intelligence. The role manages quotations, technical inquiries, bids, CRM reporting, and customer relationships while expanding capital-equipment opportunities. Extensive customer travel is required, along with ongoing technical training and cross-functional collaboration to deliver vacuum technology solutions.

Designs mechanical components, vacuum chambers, custom fabrications, and precision-machined parts from concept through manufacture. Collaborates with production, planning, inspection, suppliers, and global engineering teams; creates ERP bills of material; resolves manufacturing challenges; supports cost-effective machining; and delivers projects within budget and timelines. Occasional domestic travel, including initial training in the UK, is required.
