Support senior designers to create women's footwear and bag collections: research trends, sketch and produce technical drawings/CADs, prepare specs and samples, manage development trackers, liaise with suppliers and buying to ensure fit, quality and brand alignment while meeting deadlines.

Support footwear and accessories design by producing creative sketches, technical drawings, specs and samples. Research trends, materials and competitors, work with suppliers and Buying Team, maintain sample trackers, organise samples and support collection development to meet brand aesthetics and deadlines.

Plan, execute and optimise paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms and markets. Own and support Paid Media channels, coordinate with Trade/CRM/Content teams, monitor site and campaign KPIs, deliver weekly/monthly performance reports, run A/B tests, and provide data-driven insights to improve e‑commerce performance.
