Deliver exceptional customer service, welcome and advise customers, manage stock (pair-checking, stockroom organization), maintain shop floor standards and merchandising, support sales targets and promotions, promote loyalty program, adhere to brand standards and participate in training.

Manage USA wholesale supply chain from PO to delivery and returns. Coordinate with Merchandising, Buying, DCs and Logistics; monitor stock flow, handle delays, prepare reporting, manage invoicing, shipping requirements, and provide customer service for orders, returns and cancellations.

Supervise daily store operations: deliver exceptional customer service, open/close store and tills, secure keys, manage stock and merchandising, support sales targets and promotions, train and brief staff, and act as a brand ambassador in the manager's absence.
