Design digital, social, marketing, print, web, app, and in-store creative across multiple footwear and accessories brands. Translate concepts consistently across customer touchpoints, create UX wireframes in Figma, manage briefs and deadlines, use performance data and testing to refine creative, and collaborate with trade, production, marketing, and brand teams. Apply personalization and AI tools to enhance design quality and brand impact.

Design footwear collections by researching trends, materials, trims, colors, and competitors; developing original concepts; creating sketches, technical drawings, specifications, and design modifications; and supporting fit, aesthetics, and customer-focused collection development. The role also manages samples, trackers, supplier coordination, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships with buying and other head office teams.

Develops and manages online learning content, LMS courses, assessments, webinars and learner resources. The role also moderates an online community, supports learners and trainers, monitors engagement data, troubleshoots platform issues, and improves digital learning experiences. Responsibilities include instructional design, multimedia production, quality assurance, responsive content development, stakeholder support and maintaining brand-consistent, accessible learning materials.
