Lead motion design workstreams from concept through delivery, creating 2D and 3D animations, motion languages, brand films, and launch content. Translate brand strategy into polished motion across channels, present work to clients, mentor junior designers, and maintain creative quality. The role requires strong Cinema 4D or Houdini, Redshift, After Effects, Figma, animation principles, and a portfolio demonstrating advanced 2D and 3D motion design. Experimentation with AI tools in generative video, 3D, and compositing is encouraged.

Own Kurppa Hosk’s UK commercial growth by winning new business, expanding existing accounts, managing regional performance, and building senior client relationships. The role develops go-to-market strategy, coordinates pitches and engagements across creative and strategy teams, unlocks cross-agency opportunities within the Eidra network, and mentors future commercial talent while helping establish the London studio.

Conducts quantitative and qualitative research for brand development and creative communications. Designs research workstreams, coordinates external partners, analyzes findings, translates data into compelling narratives, presents insights to senior stakeholders, evaluates brand and campaign impact, supports new business pitches, and helps develop AI-enhanced research methods and tools.
