Serves as a strategic and hands-on HR advisor to business leaders in the Netherlands. Responsibilities include talent and performance management, employee relations investigations, manager coaching, recruitment, organizational design, workforce planning, employment-law compliance, Works Council consultation, absence and reintegration management, compensation and benefits, and HR program implementation. The role requires strong knowledge of Dutch employment law, local HR practices, and international matrixed organizations, with fluency in English and Dutch.

Supports warehouse, inventory, inbound and outbound logistics in a GMP-regulated environment. Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, cycle counts, replenishment, material flow, shipping documentation, customs coordination, ERP data maintenance, internal logistics, KPI reporting, compliance with GMP and ISO 13485, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and Sales while supporting order fulfillment and production material availability.
