Responsibilities include complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, meeting and offsite planning, agenda and presentation preparation, action-item tracking, operating-rhythm support, administrative processes, and confidential information management. The role also coordinates selected commercial initiatives and adopts AI, automation, and emerging productivity tools to improve team efficiency.

Lead thought leader engagement strategy for KOMZIFTI in R/R NPM1-mutant AML, including OL mapping, advocacy development, insight generation, speaker bureau, advisory boards, and congress strategy. Partner cross-functionally to translate field observations into strategic commercial recommendations, manage vendors and speaker programs, evaluate program effectiveness, and ensure regulatory compliance. Role requires driving physician engagement and advocacy to support brand objectives; travel up to 30%.
