Coordinates cruise shore excursions and France-based ground services, including restaurants, guides, coaches, suppliers, and special arrangements. Reviews itineraries, confirms bookings within budget, maintains supplier and client relationships, and resolves last-minute changes and emergencies during group travel. The role requires French and English fluency, strong destination knowledge, tourism or DMC operations experience, attention to detail, customer service skills, and regular presence in the Paris Region.

Drive non-Europe destination revenue by developing travel agent accounts, prospecting new clients, attending trade shows, consultative selling, negotiating deals, managing account performance (DSO/AR), coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational issues, and meeting sales and profit targets.

Supports destination-management group operations, including bookings, hotel and ground-service confirmations, deadline and budget control, cancellations, service changes, final documentation, invoicing, account queries, and troubleshooting during tours. The intern communicates with agents and internal teams, participates in operations meetings, and prepares reports. The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, teamwork, independent work, and availability at least five days per week.
