Manage end-to-end operations for group tours, specialized travel programs, and complex itineraries across Poland and surrounding countries. Coordinate hotels, transportation, guides, restaurants, attractions, suppliers, sales teams, and other stakeholders. Maintain tour systems, monitor budgets, resolve operational issues, support VIP and technical visits, and ensure high service standards. The role requires extensive tourism and DMC experience, destination knowledge, supplier relationship expertise, and fluency in Polish and English.

Leads the IT Support team and oversees daily service delivery, workload allocation, SLA performance, incident escalation, major incident response, and user satisfaction. Provides technical guidance for Windows, Microsoft 365, identity systems, Intune, Citrix, endpoint devices, networking, and peripherals. Manages staff performance, recruitment, training, resource planning, stakeholder relationships, VIP support, and continuous service improvement.

Manage travel operations including online orders, payments, Japan Rail Pass vouchers, invoices, deliveries, customer and partner communications, itinerary planning, and financial reporting. Provide prompt customer service while coordinating B2C and B2B requests, recommending suitable rail passes, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate operational records.
