Design and scale advanced nano-separation systems through rigorous experimentation, mechanical design for high throughput, process control implementation for accelerated cycling, and manufacturing scale-ups. Work autonomously across functions in an early-stage startup, rapidly learn new technical areas, and contribute wherever needed to reduce cost and improve separation efficiency.

Lead development of hydrometallurgical flowsheets (leaching, IX, SX, precipitation, crystallization, electrowinning). Run bench and pilot lab experiments, validate unit operations, build process and cost models, scale designs to pilot/commercial deployment, select vendors, and coordinate cross-functional and external research partnerships.

Lead development of novel ion-exchange resins and form factors, including synthesis, functionalization, modeling, and scale-up. Design and run column testing, selective elution strategies, and qualification/stress protocols. Collaborate with ligand partners and execute manufacturing scale-up while linking experimental analytics and CFD/multiphysics modeling to commercialization objectives.
