Develop and maintain secure, scalable Node.js backend applications, REST APIs, middleware, and MongoDB data models. Implement authentication, authorization, secure file handling, API integrations, validation, logging, and error handling. Write Jest unit and integration tests, collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot service communication, and modernize legacy code while preserving functionality.

Provides operations analysis and application support in an enterprise Kubernetes environment. Requires experience with DevOps, GitHub, GitOps, and Azure DevOps, along with strong English communication skills. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and interested in converting to a full-time CIBC role.

Manage enterprise application releases, upgrades, roadmaps, planning cycles, change requests, and project delivery. Coordinate vendors, requirements, design discussions, infrastructure and integration dependencies, stakeholder communications, risks, and release activities including patches, emergency releases, and mandatory upgrades. Serve as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery, with financial services technology experience preferred.
