Teams at Kulfi

Leads a content pod of three actors and an editor across six social pages. Creates page concepts, characters, formats, and daily scripts; appears on camera; guides video editing; analyzes performance; develops and trains team members; and integrates Kulfi naturally into viral content. Success is measured by video views and milestone performance.

Act as the on-camera face for at least two Kulfi social media pages. Shoot two to three videos daily per page, develop ideas, assist with scripts, perform characters and voices, engage with comments, and study audience behavior to improve video performance. The role requires consistent camera comfort, comic timing, receptiveness to feedback, and familiarity with short-form video content. High-performing actors may advance to leading their own content pod.

Backend-focused software engineer responsible for designing and operating APIs, services, data models, asynchronous workflows, and production reliability. The role includes debugging incidents, making architecture decisions, partnering with product and design, and contributing scoped Flutter or web changes. The engineer will review code, mentor junior developers, use AI tools responsibly, and lead features through rollout and measurement.
