Own Kueski’s lifecycle marketing strategy and MarTech stack across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app, and web channels. Build data-driven, event-triggered journeys, personalization, segmentation, measurement, and experimentation programs. Govern and optimize CRM architecture, eliminate manual data processes, establish scalable standards, and manage lifecycle KPIs. Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Data Science to improve tracking, integrate predictive models, and drive acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion.

Develop and improve machine learning products focused on fraud detection and prevention across lending and payments. Own models end to end, including experimentation, feature engineering, production pipelines, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Business teams, apply analytics and emerging AI tools, influence product development, mentor team members, and improve testing and technical quality for production models.

Own and grow a strategic enterprise partnership by driving revenue, profitability, and customer experience. Develop account strategy, lead executive relationships and business reviews, negotiate commercial terms, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate cross-functional execution, track KPIs, surface insights, mitigate risks, and drive operational improvements to scale the partnership.
