Handles civil litigation matters, including drafting and reviewing pleadings and motions, responding to motions and discovery, conducting legal research, and advocating for clients. The role requires effective communication with clients and team members, strong organization, persuasive writing and oral advocacy, and Florida Bar licensure. Insurance defense, premises liability, and bodily injury experience are preferred.

Supports civil litigation matters by reviewing and summarizing medical records, bills, and supporting documents; preparing medical chronologies and bill summaries; and communicating with clients, carriers, and counsel. The role requires strong organization, communication, task management, independent work, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Excel. Florida residency and at least three years of civil litigation experience are required.

Supports insurance defense attorneys by managing calendars, recording attorney time, drafting legal documents, preparing pleadings and reports, and coordinating administrative tasks. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, familiarity with Florida court procedures, and experience with e-Service and e-Filing. The role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires at least three years of experience, preferably in insurance defense, general liability, or personal injury.
