Lead IT architecture efforts across programs, defining solutions, reviewing designs/code, driving standardization and automation, contributing to development, and advising stakeholders on architecture and risk remediation.

Senior Oracle DBA responsible for administration, monitoring, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and compliance of 24x7 production and non-production Oracle environments. Lead audit remediation (upgrades, encryption, data masking), support schema changes and query optimizations, develop SOPs and best practices, provide training and documentation, and collaborate with development teams on database architecture and deployments. Requires on-call support and large-scale HA system experience.

Develop custom Python solutions for server- and client-side logic, build one-off tools, and integrate front-end elements. Combine multiple data sources (SQL/NoSQL), design schemas, apply server-side templating and event-driven patterns, run on Windows/Linux, perform unit testing and debugging, use version control (SVN/Git), and work with ELK and VM architectures. Must hold active TS/SCI with CI polygraph.

Lead full-stack design and implementation across the full software development lifecycle. Implement Agile stories, design, develop, test, and deploy C#/.NET applications. Mentor junior developers, manage version control workflows, integrate back-end databases (SQL Server/Oracle), and enforce access control provisioning.
