Coordinates order booking, export shipments, payments, letters of credit, bank guarantees, dealership agreements, and statutory documentation for Bangladesh operations. Records business expenses and accounts receivable/payable entries, supports statutory returns and assessments, and liaises with headquarters, regional offices, employees, clients, dealers, and commercial teams.

Conduct operational audits across manufacturing, quality, procurement, supply chain, inventory, and related functions. Identify control gaps, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities; strengthen procurement and supply chain controls; assess quality systems; benchmark best practices; and drive process simplification, digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement using SAP S/4HANA.

Procures goods and services by processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, coordinating with factories and suppliers, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The role supports inventory optimization, supplier performance measurement, ERP and item master maintenance, and internal customer communication. It requires purchasing knowledge, negotiation, organization, analytical ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. A high school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience are required; a college or technical degree is preferred.
