Leads engineered pump machining and manufacturing operations, ensuring production meets quality, safety, environmental, cost, turnover, and delivery targets. Manages scheduling, overtime, scrap reduction, continuous improvement, process optimization, work instructions, employee attendance, training, performance reviews, staff development, and labor relations. Oversees manufacturing and quality activities while enforcing company policies and supporting daily plant operations.

Designs, develops, and maintains SAP BI and AFO financial reports and workbooks for multi-entity consolidated reporting. Validates and reconciles data across SAP and reporting platforms, automates reporting packages and dashboards, supports month-end/quarterly/annual close, trains finance users, assists audits, and collaborates with IT on SAP reporting improvements and S/4HANA initiatives.

Visit consultants and end-users, develop technical and commercial proposals, prepare tender documents, expand and maintain the sales representative network, negotiate contracts with contractors, and keep Salesforce records updated.
