The role collaborates with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities across sales and aftermarket operations, while exploring AI, machine learning, and analytics applications.

Leads contract and project management for engineered-to-order pump packages, overseeing project managers, P&L, schedules, manufacturing, procurement, quality, documentation, customer interfaces, cash flow, claims, and delivery. Coordinates Sales, Engineering, Procurement, vendors, EPCs, consultants, and clients to resolve risks and bottlenecks. Ensures contractual compliance, approvals, payment milestones, customer satisfaction, profitability, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement through lessons learned.
