Operates heat-treat ovens and related controls according to work instructions and safety guidelines. Selects oven recipes, starts cycles, manages cooling and quench fans, performs temperature checks, and coordinates multiple oven cycles. Maintains a clean, safe work area, follows supervisor instructions, and may occasionally operate forklifts or cranes. Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 75 pounds.

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for IIoT. Mentor teams and ensure security practices.

Leads employee relations activities, including workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, performance counseling, terminations, and offboarding. Advises managers and employees on sensitive workplace matters, employment policies, legal compliance, and risk mitigation. Maintains confidential, audit-ready documentation in HRIS and case-management systems, identifies turnover trends, and partners with HR leadership, Payroll, Benefits, and legal counsel as needed.
