Responsible for preparing manufacturing quotes, researching tooling and equipment, entering bills of materials into kNet, and supporting departmental KPIs. The role also involves understanding cable harness products, improving manufacturing procedures and equipment, evaluating automation and testing systems, planning factory layouts, and balancing production lines for efficiency.

Manages accounting and finance operations for US and Mexican manufacturing sites, including financial close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory, working capital, audits, tax compliance, ERP initiatives, internal controls, and US GAAP compliance. Supervises accounting, accounts payable, payroll, and import/export staff while supporting process improvements and accurate financial reporting.

Manage and maintain servers, desktops, virtual environments, networking and internet infrastructure; secure systems; support local and remote Microsoft-based end users; recommend strategic IT improvements; manage IT projects and process improvements; work onsite across Rio Rico, AZ and Nogales, Mexico facilities.
