Leads fund administration operations across Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency/Investor Services in Malaysia. Oversees NAV calculations, financial statements, investor transactions, KYC/AML, FATCA and CRS compliance, operational controls, risk management, client service, audits, process improvement, technology initiatives, and business continuity. Manages teams, capacity planning, KPIs, SLAs, client escalations, fund launches, migrations, and regulatory obligations while driving platform strategy and operational resilience.

Processes investor capital activity, KYC and AML documentation, money movement, wire payments, statements, tax documents, and audit confirmations for hedge and private equity funds. Maintains investor relationships, handles queries and escalations, manages workflows and deadlines, supports process improvements, and trains new team members while ensuring accurate client servicing and procedural compliance.

Prepares fund Net Asset Value calculations, fee accruals, financing accruals, management and performance fee computations, wire payments, investor capital activity, audits, and statutory reports. Supports client onboarding, resolves operational queries, maintains client relationships, and escalates material issues. Ensures accurate, timely deliverables and compliance with service-level agreements, client-specific requirements, and applicable policies.
