Teams at Krypton Fund Services

Oversee fund accounting, investor servicing, client relationships, compliance, and operational delivery for private equity and alternative investment funds. Lead teams, review NAV calculations and financial reporting, manage audits and regulatory obligations, oversee fund transactions, and drive process improvements. Serve as a subject matter expert for Investran and DDX while supporting onboarding, business development, risk management, and strategic initiatives.

Supports day-to-day fund administration through reporting, reconciliations, investor deliverables, wire preparation, record maintenance, mailbox monitoring, client coordination, AML/CFT screening, regulatory reporting, and ad-hoc projects.

Provides senior-level private equity fund accounting and investor servicing, including capital account statements, financial reporting, capital calls, distributions, waterfall calculations, reconciliations, investor communications, AML/CFT and FATCA/CRS support. The role manages complex client and investor queries, reviews fund documentation, supports system optimization, coordinates with service providers, and guides junior team members.
