The PAXUS System Expert ensures optimal use of the PFS-PAXUS platform for fund operations, leads internal SME group, manages UAT, enhances operational workflows, and drives efficiency improvements.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cash, position, and trade reconciliations for client portfolios; investigate and resolve discrepancies, corporate actions, and open breaks; monitor pricing and communicate deviations; support ad-hoc projects, shift coverage, and implement controls to mitigate operational risk while escalating unresolved items to management.

Perform fund accounting tasks including NAV preparation, reconciliations, corporate action review, security pricing validation, fee calculations, US GAAP reporting, investor transactions, and client communication. Support AML/FATCA initiatives, system optimization projects, and both day and night operational coverage.
