The PAXUS System Expert ensures optimal use of the PFS-PAXUS platform for fund operations, leads internal SME group, manages UAT, enhances operational workflows, and drives efficiency improvements.

Prepare client-specific and regulatory financial reporting including management accounts and audited financial statements. Liaise with auditors, monitor client queries, support operations and implement SOC I controls. Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, assist senior management with policy development, and maintain strong client and interdepartmental relationships while adapting to changing regulatory requirements.

Manage fund accounting for a portfolio of hedge fund clients: oversee NAV calculations, valuations, fee setups, team workflow and SLA compliance, audit year-end processes, onboarding and migrations, drive process improvements, and provide day/night shift operational coverage.
