Build, evaluate, deploy, and monitor statistical and machine learning models for credit risk, fraud prevention, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. Analyze, document, map, and optimize end-to-end operational processes. Identify risks and inefficiencies, implement improvements, monitor performance, develop training, and collaborate with IT, Compliance, customer service, and other stakeholders to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Handles customer complaints in a financial services environment by investigating, resolving, and escalating cases. Supports vulnerable customers, maintains accurate management information, conducts root cause analysis, identifies complaint trends, and recommends process improvements. The role also provides guidance to internal teams and requires knowledge of complaint-handling regulations, strong communication, attention to detail, independent working, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, shift-based hybrid environment.
