Teams at Kroo Bank

Owns key month-end and year-end financial accounting activities for a bank, including reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, loan portfolio monitoring, impairment assessments, technical accounting, financial controls, audit support, and regulatory reporting. The role also supports new product accounting, process improvements, automation, finance transformation, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Operations.

Support the compliance function at a regulated fintech bank by interpreting and implementing regulations, advising on complaints, Treating Customers Fairly, vulnerable customers, and product compliance. Develop and improve policies and procedures, promote a customer-centric compliance culture, support staff training, and represent compliance in internal and external meetings. The role partners closely with the Head of Compliance, Chief Risk Officer, product teams, and business stakeholders.

The KYC Onboarding Specialist will assess new account applications, conduct KYC due diligence, monitor customers, and identify financial crime risks.
