Teams at Kroo Bank

Conduct end-to-end fraud and scam investigations, review high-risk card transactions, manage chargebacks and fraud recoveries, prepare Suspicious Activity Reports, identify financial crime trends, and improve fraud prevention processes. The role collaborates with financial institutions, law enforcement, internal teams, and industry peers to protect customers and strengthen card fraud controls.

Work within a cross-functional product squad to design, build and maintain backend services, mobile features and APIs. Participate across the SDLC, write well-tested code, use CI/CD, containers and cloud infrastructure, and collaborate in Agile teams to improve engineering practices.

Lead and manage all Financial Crime operational functions (KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, fraud, quality, strategy and controls). Ensure SLA performance, operational and regulatory risk management, team development, MI reporting, audit readiness, vendor management, and partner with product/engineering on technology and automation.
