Kroo Bank Benefits Overview

Lead and manage all Financial Crime operational functions (KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, fraud, quality, controls), ensuring SLA adherence, strong risk management, people leadership, collaboration with product/tech and second line, vendor management, and representation to regulators and auditors.

Work within a cross-functional product squad to design, build and maintain backend services, mobile features and APIs. Participate across the SDLC, write well-tested code, use CI/CD, containers and cloud infrastructure, and collaborate in Agile teams to improve engineering practices.

Build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models across credit risk, fraud, customer engagement, and operations. Partner with stakeholders to define problems and metrics, perform feature engineering and analysis, implement reproducible production pipelines, monitor model performance, and ensure governance, documentation, and regulatory alignment. Communicate results, design experiments, and support continuous improvement of data science practices.
