Supervise and support front-end retail operations, including customer service, associate scheduling, cash control, inventory replenishment, safety compliance, quality standards, and department action plans. Assist store leadership with sales and profit goals, maintain clean and safe conditions, manage front-end associates, and assume responsibility for the entire store when senior managers are absent. Provide product guidance, resolve customer issues, monitor equipment and temperature standards, and report safety or security concerns.

Leads the Front-end department by supervising associates, managing schedules, cash controls, inventory, expenses, promotions, sales and profit goals. Ensures excellent customer service, regulatory compliance, food safety, workplace safety, training, and store standards. Coaches employees, handles customer and business issues, maintains required records, and supports budgeting and performance reviews while fostering a respectful, inclusive, and cooperative work environment.
