Supervised, for-credit Fall 2026 internship providing hands-on HR experience in recruiting, onboarding, recordkeeping, employee relations, training coordination, compliance projects, benefits observation, and special projects. Intern will be mentored by HR staff, complete tasks that support learning objectives, and work in-person at the Bryan, TX facility during business hours.

Provide front-office reception, customer service, document scanning and records management, and daily financial tasks including balancing invoices, cash drawer reconciliation, deposits, and BOL management. Maintain organized filing, handle sensitive paperwork securely, assist drivers/vendors, respond to calls/emails, and support office staff with additional administrative duties.

Pick, build, stage, and wrap customer orders using the Encompass app in a fast-paced warehouse. Ensure accuracy, report discrepancies, operate pallet jacks safely, maintain cleanliness, lift up to 50 lbs, and collaborate with supervisors to complete shift assignments.
