Monitor student behavior and support bus drivers while ensuring children’s safety as they board, ride, and depart school buses or vans. The role requires reliable transportation, background and child-abuse checks, tuberculosis testing, and pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing. The schedule follows the school calendar, with potential time off during nights, weekends, holidays, and summers.

Coordinates candidate onboarding, background checks, clearances, drug tests, physicals, I-9 completion, credential verification, and employment documentation. Serves as a liaison among candidates, managers, internal teams, and external vendors; answers process questions, resolves issues, monitors compliance, maintains electronic and paper records, prepares status reports, and supports job fairs and mass hiring events.

Monitor students on school buses and vans, assist drivers by observing and managing student behavior, and ensure safe boarding, riding, and unloading. Complete background and health screenings, comply with drug and alcohol testing, and follow district schedules. Provide a supportive, safety-first presence for students and drivers.
