Manage and improve Kripalu’s Drupal-based eCommerce website, including daily updates, page creation, editorial content, promotions, site alerts, agency coordination, and chatbot performance. Analyze traffic, revenue, and conversion metrics using GA4, provide optimization recommendations, and collaborate with marketing and guest services teams. This temporary role is 30 hours per week for approximately five months and may be remote or hybrid.

Lead revenue growth and diversification across multiple product lines, manage direct-report directors, build partnerships, set pricing and financial models, drive forecasting and analytics, and collaborate with senior leaders to align programming, marketing, and mission for financial and mission impact.

Lead strategic direction and operations for Kripalu's four Schools, supervise directors and manager, manage budgeting, enrollment and KPIs, refine marketing and program mix, strengthen faculty relations and student experience, align systems with campus departments, and grow alumni engagement to meet mission and financial goals.
