Own KREWE’s ecommerce P&L and digital growth strategy, including site operations, merchandising, acquisition, performance marketing, email, SMS, CRM, analytics, and conversion optimization. Lead and build the digital team, manage budgets and forecasting, develop mature paid media and retention engines, and partner with Brand, Retail, and Wholesale leadership. The role is based onsite in New York with regular travel to New Orleans.

Manages wholesale sales across the Northeast territory for KREWE’s optical and fashion eyewear divisions. Responsibilities include developing new and existing account relationships, increasing account revenue, meeting sales targets, representing the brand, providing customer service, and traveling to accounts and trade shows. Candidates need 3–5 years of wholesale sales experience, preferably in eyewear, strong communication skills, proven quota performance, territorial residency, and willingness to travel.

Own KREWE’s Email and SMS CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing programs, segmentation, personalization, automation, testing, reporting, and optimization. Build customer journeys from acquisition through retention and win-back, using Klaviyo and Attentive to drive ecommerce revenue, engagement, and customer lifetime value. Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Retail, and Events to deliver branded omnichannel experiences and improve CRM performance.
