KREWE Benefits Overview

Lead end-to-end design of seasonal eyewear from concept through production, building scalable design systems, managing CADs, tech packs, sampling, and factory communication. Partner with Founder, Planning, and Merchandising to set direction, own color/material development, technical approvals, calendars, and cross-functional alignment to ensure fit, durability, and aesthetic standards.

Support end-to-end design and development of non-frame products from concept through production. Research trends, develop seasonal color palettes, create briefs, prepare sketches/specs, coordinate cross-functional input, partner with Marketing, collaborate with sourcing and vendors, maintain documentation and timelines, and assist the Senior Product Designer in process development.

Maintain and organize the New Orleans design studio and digital libraries, manage sample intake and QC, support CAD/tech pack work, prep samples for fit and design meetings, and maintain trackers in Monday.com.
