KREWE Benefits Overview

Leads HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including multistate payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, performance management, HRIS administration, and offboarding. Partners with senior leaders and retail field leadership on organizational and employee matters, manages HR vendors, and develops scalable policies and people programs. The role is hands-on and based onsite in New Orleans five days per week.

Manages AR, AP, and staff accounting teams while overseeing subledger accuracy, monthly close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, trial balance review, and accounting process improvements. Partners with the Controller on audit readiness, scalability, sales tax, and regulatory reporting. This hands-on role requires personally preparing accounting entries and reconciliations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Manage wholesale account and sales representative support operations for 12 representatives. Responsibilities include SOP communication, product and sample logistics, trade show coordination, ERP and StorePoint maintenance, sales representative onboarding, account setup, EDI compliance, wholesale applications, royalty tiers, accounts receivable support, and executive reporting. The role is fully onsite at KREWE’s New Orleans headquarters.
