Supports credit control through debt collection, debtor management, cash receipt allocation, aged debt monitoring, credit risk management, WIP reviews, and lock-up reduction. The role prepares financial reports, resolves client payment queries, advises legal teams on bad debt, maintains debt provisions, and collaborates with finance teams, partners, directors, and clients to improve cash flow and financial processes.

Manage a diverse private client portfolio, delivering personal tax compliance and advisory services, maintaining technical knowledge, managing budgets and billing, developing client relationships, and supervising junior staff. The role also involves identifying broader advisory opportunities, collaborating across service lines, attending client meetings, reviewing work, and contributing to complex assignments.

Provides general HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, HR system maintenance, document management, inbox management, employee records, reporting, references, absence reconciliation, rewards processing, and project support. Acts as the first point of contact for HR queries while ensuring accurate, timely administration and GDPR-compliant data handling. The role is hybrid with occasional travel and serves as maternity cover.
