Oversee operational process design, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement within Sales Operations. Develop and enforce SOPs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, identify bottlenecks, define improvement requirements, assign owners and timelines, and measure results. The role requires structured problem-solving, accountability, root-cause analysis, and effective prioritization across sales, operations, and product teams.

Supports cloud infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD pipeline maintenance, monitoring, automation, documentation, and incident response. Writes scripts for operational tasks, troubleshoots deployment and pipeline issues, executes runbook procedures, and collaborates with development and QA teams. Works under senior engineer guidance while developing expertise in DevOps tools, cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, reliability practices, and production operations.

Owns the quality charter for a technology tribe, leading 5–10 QA and SEIT engineers. Responsibilities include mentoring teams, creating test strategies and automation frameworks, defining production-readiness criteria, managing validation, analyzing incidents, establishing quality metrics, reporting to stakeholders, and aligning roadmaps, estimates, and automation strategies with engineering and product leadership.
