Manage end-to-end reimbursement and administrative processes for nationwide marketing: collect, verify, and track reimbursement documents; monitor cash advances and settlements; maintain audit-ready documentation and expense logs; and coordinate between marketing, field teams, and finance to ensure timely submissions and budget control.

Manage lender drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, and documentation. Coordinate with overseas lenders and internal teams for funding, onboarding, and renewals. Update interest settlements in the accounting system, prepare monthly external debt (ULN) reports to Bank Indonesia, and perform related administrative and operational tasks with accuracy.

Work with senior engineers to execute routine cloud infrastructure tasks (IAM, environment setup, tagging), assist deployments, monitor system health and alerts, write basic automation scripts and Terraform modules, and produce documentation and runbooks while learning the infrastructure stack.
