Drive frameworks, incident management, reporting, stakeholder alignment, team leadership, and continuous improvement to reduce fraud while balancing business growth and customer experience.

Lead a team to develop large-scale applications, apply engineering best practices, and manage team productivity through coaching and process improvement.
