Own CRM and lifecycle engagement initiatives across push, in-app, notification, and messaging channels. Build personalized user journeys, segmentation, targeting strategies, and experiments to improve engagement, retention, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion. Collaborate with Data, Growth, and Product teams on campaign execution and personalization, particularly in fintech or e-commerce environments.

Monitor internal application workflows, identify and troubleshoot system issues, support operational users, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, perform basic analysis and reporting, and build monitoring dashboards and alerts. The role requires MySQL skills, strong communication, analytical problem-solving, and familiarity with monitoring and REST client tools.

Optimize credit limits, approval thresholds, risk appetite, and risk-based pricing for consumer lending and BNPL products. Track FPD, DPD, vintage, and other portfolio risk metrics; identify deterioration; design and monitor underwriting experiments; benchmark performance using credit bureau data; and collaborate with Product, Data Science, and risk teams to deliver recommendations.
