Run end-to-end technical recruiting for infra, backend, and AI roles: source candidates, evaluate technical work (repos/papers), manage screening, scheduling, offers, and improve candidate experience and job descriptions.

Build and own a 0-1 People Ops function: manage full employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), payroll and global HR operations (Gusto, Deel), set up ATS and recruiting operations, improve hiring workflows, administer benefits and visa requests, maintain HR policy docs and accurate employee data across systems.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, revenue ops). Build pipelines via outreach, communities, events and referrals; manage screening, scheduling, offers, and closing; partner with founders and hiring managers on role definitions; track market/talent landscape and write job descriptions to shape candidate experience.
