Lead and oversee multiple large construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Manage project schedules, budgets, reporting, and compliance. Mentor and develop project managers, support staffing and training, and drive client relationships and business development. Provide preconstruction and proposal support and ensure projects meet company processes and quality standards.

Lead business development and project planning for an assigned region. Build client and partner relationships, support early project development (site selection, programming, pre-construction), develop marketing and BD plans, track sales and opportunities, represent the company at trade associations and events, and support strategic planning.

Support accounts payable by processing and coding invoices and payments (checks, ACH, electronic transfers), matching POs and receiving documents, reconciling vendor accounts, investigating disputes, analyzing AP metrics (DPO, trends), driving process improvements, supporting month-end/quarter/annual closes, backing up Concur expense processing, and assisting auditors.
