Lead strategy, development, and production of complex proposals and marketing materials. Manage proposal schedules, ensure compliance and branding, translate technical content, produce polished InDesign materials, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement using CRM, DAM, and AI tools.

Plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects to meet schedules and budgets. Read drawings/specs, create work plans, staff projects, coordinate subcontractors, prepare reports, supervise project coordinators, ensure compliance with safety and company policies, and support client and finance interactions.

Eight-week high school internship providing exposure across construction functions. Interns shadow project managers, coordinators, estimators, BIM, safety, and quality teams; attend meetings, assist with subcontractor communications, learn estimating and BIM/drone site assessment, and participate in professional development. Must be 16+ and a high school student in good standing; travel to Minneapolis headquarters and supervised job-site presence required.
