Supports construction field staff by identifying and issuing tools, equipment, materials, and consumables. Processes orders, maintains inventory and assignment records, coordinates deliveries and transfers, prepares purchase orders, and tracks vehicle and equipment maintenance. Provides responsive service to internal and external customers while using ToolWatch and other company systems.

Manage and execute the company’s risk management program, including insurance, surety, claims, compliance, certificates of insurance, builders risk coverage, and subcontractor bonds. Review contracts and incident reports, identify and mitigate risks, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, support subcontractor prequalification, maintain risk and claims reporting, and provide exposure data for insurance renewals. Mentor field and project teams and deliver risk management training.

The Human Resources Business Partner advises construction leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance management, onboarding, engagement, talent planning, workforce needs, and organizational changes. The role coaches leaders, supports enterprise HR programs, maintains confidential documentation, and partners with specialized HR teams. It requires regular travel to construction jobsites and offices, with on-site presence at least four days weekly.
