Teams at Kraus-Anderson

Direct and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, proposals, client relationships, and subcontractor networks. Ensure project profitability, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery while supporting business development and coordinating with finance and marketing.

Support accounts payable by processing and coding invoices and payments (checks, ACH, electronic transfers), matching POs and receiving documents, reconciling vendor accounts, investigating disputes, analyzing AP metrics (DPO, trends), driving process improvements, supporting month-end/quarter/annual closes, backing up Concur expense processing, and assisting auditors.

Support project managers and superintendents on commercial construction projects. Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, site reviews, QA and safety documentation, progress reporting, materials delivery coordination, and basic estimating and construction document preparation.
