Plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects from proposal through closeout. Establish schedules, staffing, budgets, and work plans; read drawings/specifications; negotiate with owners and subcontractors; supervise project assistants and coordinate with regulatory agencies. Prepare reports, mentor staff, support business development and safety compliance, and travel frequently to project sites.

Lead Phoenix construction operations (GC and CM), oversee project teams for timely, profitable delivery; manage staffing, client relations, budgeting, proposals, forecasting, strategic planning, and team development.

Plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects including scheduling, staffing, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, contract negotiations, reporting, regulatory coordination, and supervision of Project Coordinators and Superintendents to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
