Estimating interns gain hands-on experience in commercial construction preconstruction, bidding, and cost estimating. Responsibilities include interpreting plans and specifications, preparing technical documents, issuing subcontractor invitations, conducting quantity takeoffs, reviewing subcontractor proposals, and developing cost estimates while collaborating with owners, architects, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

The Human Resources Business Partner advises construction leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance management, onboarding, engagement, talent planning, workforce needs, and organizational changes. The role coaches leaders, supports enterprise HR programs, maintains confidential documentation, and partners with specialized HR teams. It requires regular travel to construction jobsites and offices, with on-site presence at least four days weekly.

Support business technology by developing Power BI dashboards, low-code Power Apps/Power Automate solutions, validating and analyzing data with SQL, improving data governance, participating in SDLC, providing user support and training, and automating business processes to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
