Support compliance and ISMS activities including creating and maintaining policies, assisting ISO 27001/SOC2 audit evidence collection, managing documentation repositories, compiling compliance reports, researching regulatory changes, and driving continuous improvement under senior supervision.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintain trackers and candidate databases. Oversee office administration including supplies, facilities, vendors, travel, and events. Plan employee engagement, internal communications, and gather feedback to improve workplace culture.

Lead and scale a Red Team/offensive security practice while executing advanced adversary-emulation and network penetration engagements. Responsibilities include team leadership, methodology and quality assurance, C2 and payload development, social engineering and physical red team operations, wireless and AD attack techniques, OSINT/dark-web reconnaissance, cloud offensive testing (preferred), and producing detailed reports and purple-team collaboration.
