Manages and develops the accounting team, ensures GAAP compliance, and drives process improvement, automation, and technology adoption across the finance function.

Performs cost accounting for a high-volume manufacturing facility, including standard and actual cost analysis, gross margin reporting, inventory accuracy, variance investigation, cost updates, month-end journal entries, reconciliations, audit support, and obsolete inventory management. Partners with operations and finance leadership to improve manufacturing processes, reporting accuracy, and cost controls. Maintains cost accounting systems, develops labor and overhead rates, and supports product quoting and annual cost rolls.
