Responsibilities include accounts payable, payroll, cash management, accounts receivable, collections support, month-end close, account reconciliations, tax support, fixed-asset and depreciation schedules, and financial reporting. The role collaborates with client senior management and requires strong accounting expertise, organization, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.

Partners with project managers on financial oversight by developing budgets and schedules, monitoring cost and schedule variances, forecasting ETC and EAC, analyzing scope changes, managing invoices, preparing performance and risk reports, identifying savings opportunities, supporting mitigation strategies, and reconciling project costs at closeout. Ensures accounting and regulatory compliance across multiple projects.

Leads all financial and administrative operations for venture capital funds, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, valuations, capital calls, distributions, investor relations, cash flow, tax, audits, compliance, and financial modeling. Oversees management company functions and leads, mentors, and develops finance staff while advising senior leadership and supporting strategic investment decisions.
