Lead omnichannel business development by translating strategy into actionable plans, building business cases, analyzing data, managing a portfolio of complex projects, engaging stakeholders and senior leaders, and recommending solutions to improve customer experience and execution.

Lead a 12–15 person IT Support team to ensure timely hardware/software support, oversee daily operations, manage escalations, set objectives, coach staff, liaise with stakeholders, drive knowledge management and continuous improvement, and align team activities with IT strategy and business goals.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered automations and analytics using enterprise data. Develop anomaly detection, forecasting, predictive models, and integrate AI solutions with UiPath workflows. Produce dashboards, decision-support tools, and scale proofs-of-concept into production while collaborating closely with business stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Shared Services.
