Lead cross-functional projects to define and implement end-to-end category management processes, governance, tooling, and capability building. Drive change management, improve category planning quality, enable product lifecycle and sourcing strategy execution, and coordinate stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and data to standardize practices and increase operational excellence across Kramp Group.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered automations and analytics using enterprise data. Develop anomaly detection, forecasting, predictive models, and integrate AI solutions with UiPath workflows. Produce dashboards, decision-support tools, and scale proofs-of-concept into production while collaborating closely with business stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Shared Services.

As a Business Analyst, you will support the CEE Cluster by analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, solving business challenges, and driving continuous improvement projects.
