Lead Kramp’s corporate and private-label brand development across international markets. Own brand positioning, guidelines, visual and sonic identity, packaging, labeling, and creative execution. Lead a seven-person design team, manage agencies and budgets, oversee recruitment and performance, and improve creative processes through reusable assets, automation, and AI. Collaborate with category managers and stakeholders to translate commercial priorities and customer insights into consistent brand experiences across digital, physical, campaign, event, and packaging channels.

Leads the HR Connect team and oversees accurate, timely payroll and HR administration across Poland and selected CEE countries. Responsibilities include payroll validation and reconciliation, labor-law and regulatory compliance, team development, stakeholder support, audits, process standardization, digitalization, automation, and service-quality improvement. The role partners with HR Business Partners, business leaders, external providers, and global HR teams to implement HR solutions and policies.

Build and maintain microservices and integrations for Dealer Management Systems and partners (OCI, cXML, REST, EDI). Work in an Agile SCRUM team to analyze, map data flows, test integrations, resolve bugs, propose improvements, and participate in international projects using GCP, TypeScript, CloudRun, and Pub/Sub.
