Drive revenue growth across the East Coast by managing resellers and distribution partners while developing end-user opportunities. Build relationships with channel partners, consultants, dealers, and customers; identify and close new business; meet sales targets; maintain Salesforce pipeline records; represent the company at industry events; resolve sales and service issues; and collaborate with regional and global teams. Travel may reach 75% throughout the territory.

Drive enterprise sales growth by identifying, developing and closing opportunities with large corporate accounts. Build stakeholder relationships, generate pipeline via direct and channel engagement, respond to RFPs, support technical demos, negotiate contracts, forecast pipeline in CRM, and represent KramerAV at industry events to meet quarterly and annual targets.

Develop and execute the Americas regional marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and demand generation. Collaborate with sales, corporate marketing, and partners to run integrated campaigns, digital programs, events, PR, and content. Manage budget, track performance metrics, support sales enablement, and localize global initiatives to regional needs while identifying market trends and optimizing ROI.
