Drive revenue growth across the East Coast by managing reseller and distribution channels, developing end-user relationships, generating and closing new business, maintaining Salesforce pipeline records, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong Professional AV and IT industry expertise, extensive partner relationships, consultative selling skills, and travel of up to 75% throughout the territory.

Provide pre-sales AV design solutions, address product queries, deliver product trainings, and liaise with HQ. Provide post-sales support including troubleshooting, onsite and online assistance, and coordinate with service teams to resolve issues.

Manage channel partners and end-customer accounts across Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, develop regional business pipelines, forecast sales, drive revenue growth, and expand brand reach. The role includes partner development, customer engagement, product training and seminars, consultant and architect collaboration, and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
