Lead the Billing engineering organization (~40 engineers across 4 squads). Set strategy, hire and develop leaders, drive operational excellence, reduce incidents, own capacity and hiring planning, optimize ways of working, and collaborate with Financials and senior leadership to deliver a reliable, accurate billing product.

The Transformation Director will lead client implementation programs, fostering relationships with C-suite executives while driving technology and operational transformation in the utilities sector.

Drive new business development in the energy sector by leveraging existing networks, leading pitches, and developing customer-focused propositions to increase market share and revenue.
