Teams at Kraken

Own and develop a major Flexibility customer relationship across UK, Europe and North America. Coordinate cross-functional teams, build trusted executive and technical stakeholder relationships, drive delivery, governance, reporting and commercial discussions to ensure customers realise value from Kraken's Flexibility products and services.

Design, implement and maintain scalable backend services in Python/Django. Build robust, fault-tolerant systems, implement REST and GraphQL APIs, handle async tasks with Celery, model complex domains, work with Postgres, onboard and mentor teammates, and contribute to CI/CD and observability practices.

Manage and improve HR systems (HiBob, ATS), own global People Ops initiatives across onboarding, mobility and exits, coordinate onboarding logistics, support visa operations and documentation, localise policies, advise managers on people tools and collaborate with Legal, IT, Talent and Payroll to ensure compliant, scalable processes.
